​ARC (Architectural Review Committee)

​

The ARC monitors the condition of homeowner properties to include roof and exterior condition, lawn and shrub conditions, satellite locations, color, and unauthorized flags, pennants, fences, screens, etc. This activity will not be conducted on a punitive basis, but is intended to keep our community in first class condition, and in compliance with the restrictive covenants.
